Frequently Asked Questions
What is the minimum sponsorship level?
We welcome sponsors at all levels. While major building naming opportunities begin at $10M+, we have program sponsorships, endowment opportunities, and capital campaign giving circles for supporters at every level of capacity.
Can sponsorships be made in honor or memory of individuals?
Absolutely. Many of our sponsorship opportunities are structured as memorials or tributes. We work with sponsors to create meaningful dedications that honor their loved ones while advancing our mission.
What is the timeline for construction?
The campus will be developed in four phases over 12 years, with Phase 1 launching in 2025. Phase 1 includes senior living, the synagogue, Kollel Zekanim, and kitchen facilities. Each subsequent phase builds on this foundation with additional programs and services.
Are there tax benefits to sponsorship?
The Jewish Community Heritage Foundation is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. All contributions are tax-deductible to the extent permitted by law. We recommend consulting with your tax advisor regarding specific benefits.
How can foundations or corporations participate?
We work with foundations, corporations, and family offices to structure sponsorships that align with their philanthropic goals. Corporate naming opportunities, program partnerships, and strategic giving arrangements are all available.
What happens after a sponsorship is made?
Sponsors receive regular updates on construction progress, program development, and campus milestones. We maintain ongoing relationships with our partners and provide opportunities for involvement in campus life and programming.
